摘要: 專利引文分析是以專利間引用關係做為分析的基礎，其中包括專利重要性之量測、知識流及知識外溢現象之研究、技術演進之軌跡分析等等。然而，專利之間的引用關係卻存在疑慮，為了引用所有相關資訊，專利會引用和其相關性低之資料，更甚者，高度相關的專利資訊會因為缺乏時間或是競爭關係而沒有被註記為引用資料。本篇論文旨在利用專利間書目耦合 (Bibliographic coupling, BC) 及共被引 (Co-citation, CC) 之關係，區別引用之相關性以找出高相關性引用，以及發掘相關而未被引之專利。本研究提出引用時間延遲(Citation time lag) ，係指一被引專利被另一專利引用之時間差。分析發現高相關性引用之延遲時間一般來說較短，且引用延遲時間越短的高相關性引用其相關性更高，尤以BC所找出的高相關性引用表現此特性更明顯。相關性越高引用延遲時間越短之現象也發生在相關而未引的專利對上，且同樣BC較CC明顯，說明大部分由BC找出來之相關未引之關係是因為缺乏時間。此外，利用高相關性引用及相關而未引關係所建構之網路計算專利之被引次數更能反映專利之重要性。本論文以電動運輸工具技術(electric vehicle technology) 作為衡量研究方法可行性的研究個案。研究結果顯示，不論是用於發掘高相關性引用或相關而未引之關係，書目耦合確實能反映專利間引用之相關性，且比共被引方法有更佳之效果。; Patent citations are extensively used for measuring the importance of patents, regarded as the knowledge flow among countries and technology fields for analysis, and applied to mapping technological trajectories for studying the evolution of the technology. However, patent citation analysis is subject to some uncertainties. Many patents are cited only with slightly relevant because they are only related to one very specific technical aspect. Moreover, many patents which should have been cited are missed. This paper aims to identify the relevant citations and the relevant un-cited patents in order to present the more precise view in the citation relationships. Both of BC and CC methods are utilized to identify the relevant citations and the relevant un-cited patents. Besides, the occurrence of relevant citations and relevant un-cited patents are related to the citation time lag (CTL), which is the time necessary for the cited patent being cited by the citing patent. The results show that citations with shorter CTL are more possible to be relevant, and this phenomenon is more obvious by BC. It reveals that it takes time for any two patents to establish their CC relations. Some relevant information cannot be dug out by CC, and therefore BC is the better approach of the identification.</description>

摘要: In recent decades, with development of economy and architecture technology, high-rise, large-scale, and novel buildings in Taiwan continuously increase. Owing to high occupant density, complex function and difficult evacuation in high-rise buildings, fire may induce considerable casualties. The current prescriptive codes are not suitable for the fire safety design of these complex buildings. The recommended method is based on performance-based fire protection design. Fire risk assessment is the foundation of performance-based fire protection design, and appropriate performance-based fire protection design cannot be well implemented without reasonable fire risk assessment methods. Because of the complexity of fire dynamics, the uncertain incidence of fire accidences and the incompletion of current information and knowledge, fire risk assessment cannot be implemented only based on the deterministic rule. Therefore, based on the current fire risk assessment methods and probability models, this article presents a quantitative risk assessment framework for evaluating the expected risk to life in high-rise building fires. Fire risk is divided into two parts: probability and corresponding consequence of every fire scenario. The event tree technique is used to analyze probable fire scenarios with consideration of functioning or failure of fire protection systems. For the occupant evacuation time assessment, individual starting time, initial position and walking speed are characterized by some probability distributions. For the ASET assessment, uncertainties of fire load density and fire growth factor are considered. Consequences of a fire scenario can be evaluated by comparing probability distribution of individual evacuation time and that of ASET, which are obtained from Monte Carlo simulation technique. This fire risk assessment method is applied to a 30-story office building. The assessment results indicate that the fire risk to life safety under ignition on floors 2-10 is approximately 16 times larger than on floors 11-30, which is due to no sprinklers installed on floors 2-10. Moreover, reliability of mechanical smoke exhaust systems is the dominant factor to reduce the expected risk to life whereas reliability of automatic fire detection systems is the minor factor to reduce the expected risk to life. When mechanical smoke exhaust systems fail to operate, the expected risk to life would reach the maximum value. If occupants on floors 2-10 are well trained to use first-aid extinguishers to extinguish or control fire during the early stage of fire accidents, the expected risk to life would reach the minimum value.</description>

摘要: 許多發展中國家的農產品供應鏈破碎且效率低下，由於農民承擔著非常大的風險，他們不穩定的利潤通常無法讓他們參與製造業中典型的生產力改善活動。低效率的行業環境是創新業務發展的沃土；近年來，出現了高品質產品的成功供應鏈示例，此為新型的商業模型，其中包括從農民到零售通路商的端到端整合。在本文中，我們首先使用7-11便利超商的高品質香蕉銷售以及都樂食品公司為案例，建構高品質產品的整合供應鏈模型。通過該模型，我們結合產業數據以及分析法，從整合者的角度探討形成這種整合供應鏈的條件和設計供應契約的邏輯。我們發現為什麼農民更關心契約數量而不是契約價格，以及整合者應如何規劃多個農場的總體供應，同時增加社會剩餘。; The supply chain of produce in many developing countries are fragmented and inefficient. With the producers carrying bearing high risks, their volatile profits usually do not afford them to engage in productivity improvement activities that are typical in the manufacturing industry. The inefficient industry environment is a fertile ground for innovative business development. In recent years, successful supply chain examples for premium produce, a new business model, have emerged which have end-to-end integration from farmers to retailing stores. In this article, we first use the 7-11 convenience store’s high-quality banana sales data and Dole Foods as a case to construct an integrated supply chain model for premium produce. Through this model, we combine industrial data and analytical method to explore the conditions of forming such integrated chains and logic of specifying the supply contract from the perspective of the integrator. We gain insights on why farmers are more concerned with contract quantity than on contract price and how the integrator should plan for a supply base of multiple small farms while increasing the social surplus.</description>

摘要: 隨著天然鑽石開採難度高，價格高昂，所以人工鑽石將大幅增長。現在的人工鑽石生產技術高溫高壓法 (HPHT) 及化學氣相沉積法 (CVD) 已日益成熟，其本來用於製造精密車削、光學透鏡、雷射、航空航太、國防工業、生物醫學及半導體材料。該產品也適用於製作各種等級及不同顏色的珠寶：黃色、藍色、綠色和粉紅色。本研究主要是探討高價值人工鑽石的生產鏈和營銷策略，包括技術開發、市場行銷、產品製造、供應鏈系統、產品延伸。我們透過迴歸分析探索最佳生產參數。; With the difficulty of mining natural diamonds and the high price, artificial diamond makes popular nowadays. The existing artificial diamond production technologies High Pressure, High Temperature method (HPHT) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) methods become mature, which are originally used to manufacture precision turning, optical lens, laser, aerospace and defense industry, biomedical tools and semiconductor materials. The methods can also apply to jewelry production making various grades as well as different colorless: yellow, blue, green, and pink. This study investigates the high-value artificial diamond production and marketing strategies including technology development, marketing, product manufacturing, supply chain systems, product extension. We explore the optimal production parameters via regression analysis.</description>
