dc.description.abstract | 隨著網路與雲端發展,電商產業面對電子商務購物模式快速發展,訂單逐年大量增加,為因應能及時送貨到消費者手中,物流的相關議題越趨重要。電商平台若僅與一家物流配送商合作是無法負荷大筆訂單的,因此電商平台會與多家物流配送商簽約合作以達到一定的服務水準,並在一定時間內將貨物送到消費者手中。
電商平台面對多家物流配送商時該如何分配訂單到各家物流配送商,是本研究的研究問題。本研究利用Tour Length function建構初始模型以估算合理訂單量,並發展出兩個工作分派方法,第一個方法為先分群再路徑規劃,第二個方法為先單一路徑規劃再進行分群,並觀察兩分法在不同情境下對物流配送商的工作負荷量以及顧客在意的逗留時間有著多大的影響。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Due to the development of the network, the demand for immediate delivery and transportation has gradually become large. The related issues of logistics are becoming more important. Especially in the e-commerce industry, facing the rapid development of the B2C e-commerce shopping model, orders are increasing year by year. In order to be delivered to consumers in time, the e-commerce platform will sign a contract with several logistic providers to achieve a certain level of service, and to deliver the goods to consumers within a certain period of time.
How to allocate jobs to various logistic providers when e-commerce platform faces many logistic providers is the research problem of this research. This study uses the Tour Length function to construct the initial model to estimate the reasonable order quantity, and develops two work order allocation methods, and observes which methods can improving dual objectives on workload and sojourn time. | en |
