摘要: | 本研究旨在建立植物工廠內作物栽培之養液控制與環境監測系統,養液控制分成固定式與移動式兩種,兩者均以可程式控制器 (programmable logic controller, PLC) 為核心,外加必要的感測與致動器。前者包括電導度與酸鹼度感測器,後者則包括三個蠕動泵。環境監測使用微控制器為核心,感測項目包括溫度、濕度、光量與二氧化碳等; 光量感測以非晶矽太陽能板取代昂貴的光量感測器,適用於光量低於400umol.m-2.s-1的完全人工光型植物工廠內。各項感測數據與監控策略可透過觸控螢幕人機介面來顯示及操作,並允許使用者透過個人電腦、手機,經由網路對此系統進行操控。
兩型式的養液控制系統均架設於太平洋建設集團SOFRESH植物工廠與琴韻園植物工廠的量產系統中,固定式與移動式可分別將電導度控制在設定值±0.01與0.03 mS/cm 之內,可分別將酸鹼度控制在設定值±0.01與0.03之內。 由現場測試可知,與業主過去以人工方式調整酸鹼度與電導度的作法相比,使用固定式養液控制系統可提高養液的使用效率,降低單株施肥成本達三成,更可節省人力成本。使用一套移動式養液控制系統可取代多套固定式系統,進而降低系統設置成本,但須人力協助移動設備。在不同規模與不同設置目的的床架系統上,兩類型養液控制系統各有其適用空間。 關鍵字: 植物工廠、PID控制、養液控制、短期葉菜 This study aims to develop a monitoring and control system for hydroponic production of leafy greens in plant factory. Nutrient solution control systems developed can be divided into stationary and movable types, both consist of PLC (programmable logic controller) as the core, sensors to monitor pH and electrical conductivity (EC), actuators such as peristaltic pumps for pH and EC control and a touch panel served as the man-machine interface (MMI). Environmental monitoring system consists of microprocessor, sensors for temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration monitoring and a solar panel used as the quantum sensor when PPF (Photosynthetic Photon Flux) is under 400umol.m-2.s-1. All data and displays can be accessed through Internet by PC and smart phone. System developed is currently under operation in two commercial plant factories of Pacific Construction Co., Ltd. The stationary and movable system can maintain the EC from set point within 0.01 and 0.03 mS.cm-1 and keep the pH value from set point within 0.01 and 0.03, respectively. Comparing with traditional manual adjustment of pH and EC, the system developed not only can make efficient use of water and nutrients, but also greatly reduced the labor cost, thus, leading to lower operating cost. Using one movable system can replaced several stationary systems, thus leading to lower setup cost. However, such system required a person to move the system to location in need. Two types of nutrient control systems developed in this study can be used in various types of plant factories to suit different purposes.
