dc.description.abstract | It is common practice for enterprises and entrepreneurs seeking innovation or new business model to create value for the customer they served, especially during a down economic environment. Product training in a software company is generally regarded as supplemental to the software. In order to extend the product knowledge education, author suggested an online training and testing service business and targeted at vocational schools in China. Author analyzed the census data from 1956 to 2008 of China for market segment selection; author has taken three academic models to validate the assumption and then suggested an phased execution plan includes the product feature, price structure, selling channels, discounting policy and financial projects in this thesis.
Author indicated few issues that were not well thought out at the initial stage and suggested few possible solution. Author compared different management perspective of entrepreneurship between internal and external of the enterprises as well. | en |
